Which do you prefer?|||i love them both. i would have to chose subway though|||Neither one. I prefer Blimpie.|||Well, Subway is more convenient for me.
Blimpie's been using some really nice breads lately, so I'm thinking...|||subway.|||Used to be Quizno's but now that Subway is copying them its a toss up.|||Quizno's is mmmm...good.|||Neither, whichever is most convenient. Otherwise it's better to make them at home.|||quiznos|||Mr. Sub...|||I get free food from both, although without the Manager's (or anyone's) knowledge, which just goes to show that Anything Can Happen!!!|||It used to be quiznos, but the commercials have gotten stupid lately, back when they had the weird demented eldrich rats. It would have been a no contest.|||We were into Subway, now we like Publix subs|||SUBWAY yes thats the one|||Subway. Eat Fresh!|||Quizno's I like it hot t.|||subway and oh yea have anyone tried their cookies, man im addicted those cookies|||Both! I like them both!! However, if I had a choice I wouldn't go to either but instead go to Lucchesi Deli which is by far, in my opinion, better than both! Unfortunately, you have to call in your order no later than 11:45am otherwise you end up waiting 20 minutes for your sandwich because all the high school kids are there having their 2 hour lunches (I only remember getting 30 minutes when I was in high school, what gives?).|||I prefer Quinzo's. I love the toasted subs with all that melted cheese. Obviously, Subway felt threatened, because they started toasting their subs.|||Subway....|||Definatly quizno's. no questions asked.|||S u b w a y ! ! !|||Awwww Yeaaaah! Now were talkin'! QUIZNO's!!!

So, how long before people will really just stop eating and use IVs? I already know people who live off liquor, vitamins and Slim-Fast...|||I like to eat, so I never will.|||I love eating too much to give it up for an IV.|||Really sick people in the hospital who can't eat get TPN - total parenteral nutrition. The IV has fluids, vitamins, minerals and whatever else the doctor wants to go into it. A plain drip of fluid will keep somebody hydrated, but not nourished. Makes for a silly and kinda cute commercial, though!

I like Jimmy Johns (local area)|||I have never had Quiznos subs. But I can tell you one thing, they misrepresented Subways subs badly!! (on that prime rib Quiznos commercial) They are not that skimpy and small!
And I know, because I lived off of Subway when I was pregnant with my son! Do you really think a hungry pregnant woman would settle for that sorry little sub they showed? I think not!

You can get very healthy, very yummy salads at Quiznos, or you can get a greasy sandwich with extra mayo. Ditto Subway. Honestly, I have never been to a Jimmy John's Subs but I have been to Quizno's plenty of times. I love Quizno's because, unlike other fast food restaurants, their sandwiches actually look like the ones they show on the boards and the commercials. If you join Quizno's website, you will also get lots of coupons for buy one/get one free and other types of others in your email every month. They can be a bit pricey compared to Subway at times, but you definately get your moneys worth in value. Also, keep in mind, at most Quizno's, if you buy the large drink, you get a 32 ounce plastic cup that is refillable for 25 cents each time you go to Quizno's, even if you do not order food....so keep the cup and save loads on your drink with your meals there.|||Jimmy Johns is great! Their bread is a thin layered lightly crispy crust on the outside and very soft on the inside. I am really loving the sprouts and sometimes ask for extra. I get the turkey sub.. forgot the name of it.. but it's a number 4 at our restaurant. Love their white bread/sub! Report Abuse

I Spent $10 on a crappy sandwich sitting in the dinner with more then 5 flies flying around because they propped the door open all day!|||I personally like the Quiznos in my town.... they are clean and serve quality food. I always get this chicken baja type sub with guacomole sauce and bbq on the side. it's the ish! haha Sounds like you're town's Quizno's could use a little tidying up. I do agree with you that the prices are ridiculously high, and that's the reason I don't go there very often unfortunately.|||They're overpriced. Flies can also indicate the food was old and they should not leave the door open to a food establishment. It's unsanitary.|||The food stinks and the counter help is nasty. I had coupons and they said no good. you have to pay full price. Gotta love Coke!!!!!!!!|||I'm hooked on Taco Bell's food. Even though I hate drinking Pepsi. Sounds like they've got something to hide to me.|||They're both really good in their own way. It just depends on what you're in the mood for. Subway is cheaper and more traditional, you got your meat, cheese, and bread and it's nice and cold (unless you want them to warm it).
Quizno's subs are more expensive, bigger and warm, it's more a complete meal than a sub from Subway.|||SUBWAY!!!!!!!

A (quite twisted) friend showed us (me and the hubby) that site long before the commercial and the three of us would sing that song whenever we would get together (we like the mooooooon).
like at Quizno's? they have at tip jar or submarina they also have a tip jar. Am I sapose to tip them?|||I don't...why should someone there get it and not at a fast food place? Tips should only be for service above and beyond the usual..|||If there is a tip jar I will toss in a dollar if no jar then no tip, as some places are not allowed to accept tips|||It's optional. I don't tip unless I'm at a sitdown restaurant or have food delivered.|||It's at your discretion. If you go often and want them to remember you, tip is the way to go, just like if you want good service from a bartender. Sometimes, they will get you extra meat or make it "your way". Also, if they know you are a frequent customer and a tipper, they might add on extra toppings at no extra charge, say if they know you like cheese or extra lettuce, etc.|||Only if you want to. Seriously they are getting paid enough to make that one sandwich for you that it is not nec. for you to tip. Do you tip the guy at Umbertos, just because there's a beatup styrofoam cup, with a scribbled "teepz" resting on the ledge of the drive up window? no. for every one that is going to say no dont even answer cause ou are completly wrong it is completly legal as long as you get your workers permit from your high school|||Sure, you can legally be employed there, but according to federal law, you aren't aloud to use the oven to bake bread or cookies or the food slicers that are used to prep a large part of the product served there until you are 16. I manage a Subway and have filled in at a few others; The only time of the time a store could use someone that is unable to prep or bake is during the weekday (aka schoolday) lunch rush between 11:30am and 1:30pm. That is a maximum of 10 hours a week if you work during school hours M-F, and if sales are low, you'd be sent home early.
Since those who are 14-15 years old are unable to perform the basic job duties even with reasonable accommodations, it is ***HIGHLY*** unlikely a Subway franchise will hire any one under the age of 16.|||no|||I use to work at subway and they say u have to be at least 16|||call & ask them- I would-things are always changing
Which one do you like better?|||Quizno's food tastes WONDERFUL! It may cost more, but you also get more for your money. Try the new Flatbread Sammies. My favorite is Prime Rib & Peppercorn. Don't forget the chocolate chip cookie!!

I was in Quizno's...with my friend...we split a sandwich...all of a sudden a song came on the radio and it was very annoying, I distinctly remember it being a chick singing with acoustic guitar in the background I suppose. She was stuttering throughout almost the whole song, that was just the way it was I guess. I would say Subway--You really do get more food, it is truly healthier for you, it taste great.
I had my 1st experience with Quizno's a few weeks ago and I was really disappointed. They barely gave me any meat they were also very stingy with the veggie. They are expensive. The cookie was stale. You can only get 2 types of bread|||I say Subway all the way :)|||Subway couldnt carry Quizno's drink cup.|||Subway|||I like Subway|||if you only have the two to choose from Subway.
There are many family owned sub shops that you would enjoy way more than either of the two choices you give (homemade bread is the major key to making a sandwich great). The 2 listed bake their break in store but they don't make their own dough which makes the family owned shop 1 step above.|||In my opinion, Subway is better than Quizno's.|||subway i think.

They are by far the best "fast" food place near my office and I would probably eat there every day if I wasn't dieting! ;)

If im in the mood for a toasted sloppy sandwich i go to Quiznos but some times i would rather have a cold sandwich so i go to subway. Moral of the story hot sandwich go to Quiznos but if you like a cold cut sandwich then subway.|||noone can seriously say they like Subway better. no meat, no flavor

You can also find it in the Deli's of Wal-Mart Supercenters. This product is designed specifically for sub sandwiches. It has a higher concentration of spices than a salad dressing. Beano's also makes a lot of other flavors of condiments for sandwiches.

My favorite sandwich of all time is the hot turkey sub from Boston House of Pizza, but that's in the Central Valley south of Fresno. Where in Sacramento can I find a good deli/sandwich place that would have a good turkey sub? We only have the most basic ones here (ie Mc Donald's, Burger King etc).
Other chains such as Whataburger, Del Taco, Carl's Jr, Hardees, Church's, Checker's, Rally's, Taco Time, In N Out, Scholtzsky's and many others are all over the country but for some reason avoid New England like the plague. We were even the last region to get a Quizno's.
New England is fairly well populated, so it's not like there would be a lack of customers.

Whataburger seems to be in the south. A lot of the places you mentioned aren't quite as national as you think. There isn't a whataburger, del taco, taco time, or in N out anywhere near me. I've seen one Scholtzky's in Virginia--maybe there are more, but I wouldn't say we 'have' them here.
We do have some other home-grown chains, like Five Guys burgers. Maybe you can fill the void by creating your own fast food restaraunt that has something BK, McD's, etc. don't. Either better quality burgers, or better tacos than Taco Bell, or better sandwiches than subway. If you don't have them, I'll bet the market is there. Start with a restaraunt, but keep an eye open to expand or franchise your brand out, and see what happens.|||In my populated town we only have thease resteraunts

There is a local, Non-chain store here called Yellow Sub, and their sandwhiches are really good, I get a Ham and Turkey, with provolone and Sprouts on it. also, red onions, tomatos, lettuce, Mayo only, V&O, on wheat.|||Subway, chicken bacon ranch 12 foot long.|||Try the Prime Rib on Garlic bread from Quizno's. It's yummy!!!!|||quiznos more meat fresh taste good food|||I like both but I have been going to Subway more because their nutrition information is readily available. It is really hard to find calorie and fat counts for Quizons. But when I did find it, subway is much leaner!!!|||Gotta go with the Subway, ham and cheese. Gitano...is their special|||I like Schlotsky's and Mcalisters =D|||both are good|||There is a small deli in the Mobil on the corner. All Boar's Head products. Normally there's Indians working the night shift and they only put about 1/4 lb of cold cuts on the sandwich.
This nice young blonde that works there in the morning goes home around 11am. If she makes your sandwich, it will have AT LEAST 1/2 lbs of meat (I've weighed it) and it is still only $4.50!
No chain store is gonna give you that QUALITY and QUANTITY for $4.50. I split a sandwich with a co-worker at least once a week. We run in early to get the best deal.|||I really like either Hogi Yogi, or Gandolfo's. I don't know if you have either there, but they are really good. They used to have blimpies, but that went out of business :(. We also have a placed called Old Grist Mill that makes their own bread and they have sandwiches at lunch. They are so yummy!!!! The bread is fresh and they give you a huge fresh cookie with it!! Yummy!
At Hogi Yogi, I go for a turkey, swiss on white with lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, sprouts, x-tra mayo and x-tra, x-tra vinegar.
Gandolfo's I get either the Hampton (turkey, swiss on white, with lettuce, tomato and avacado, mayo). Or I get the NYPD Blue (Breaded chicken breast with ham and swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo, O&V- this one is made hot!)
At Old Grist Mill- Turkey, roast beef, swiss on sourdough with lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, sprouts, mushrooms if their fresh, mayo. They have their own special dressing that is sort of like italian dressing that I get too. Sometimes honey-mustard if I feel like it. They make their own, so it's really tasty!!! Then a chocolate chip cookie, sometime the oatmeal chocolate chip and a drink. Pretty tasty!!!

Subways! I honestly love them much better, but Quizno's does have better deli meat and cheeses, and more cheese options than Subway (like cheddar) but the sandwiches are expensive at Quizno's and like one PP stated, you don't get to choose exactly everything you want on YOUR sandwich. I was annoyed they wanted to charge my extra for more than two slices of tomatoes. I never went back.
Subway also has fresh baked bread made everyday, and comes in different flavors. (Italian herb and cheese is my fave-delicious!)
Plus at Subway I have never paid more than about 10 bucks for a footlong, 2 cookies, and drink. I know some sandwiches do cost a bit more there though, like steak, but at Quizno's I spent 14.95 for a 6 inch, chili, and drink. I'd save my money and get the better deal, and the bread alone makes Subway #1 to me!|||I prefer Subway. I get to pick everything I want on my sub. At Quizno's (the one here anyways) the subs already come with certain things on them. You can ask for them to leave things off or add them but its a pain in the butt. I'd rather just tell them everything I want on my sub from start to finish.|||Subway...bc I've never tried Quizno's : )

They don't like to have too many of the same franchise so close they compete. The cost is also a consideration. Good locations are priced higher. Big names have big prices.|||Hi there. I own a couple of franchises and while it's actually against my contract to talk about the profitability of my business I will say that I wouldn't be involved in we weren't turning a profit.
The franchises you used as an example are marquee tags and therefore come with a much higher price tag. If you have a great location for a franchise, chances are McDonalds is already close by and the opportunity for pop might be saturated. I think the key lies in finding up and coming areas that franchises may have shied away from in the past but are now good to go. For example, I live in Philadelphia. A large shopping center just opened and a smart investor put a QDoba in the lot. The lot was in a bad area if you look at straight numbrs but since it is so close to a large university (Temple) the franchise is going to flurish.

i worked at a Jimmy Johns, i like them but they're over priced and don't offer nearly as much variety as the other sandwich shops. only 1 type of cheese, only 2 types of bread, and a small 25 cent bag of chips is like $1.50. they don't even have hot sandwiches. but we are freaky fast :P|||I love Subway. I have an interview for Quizno's. I never really bought food from that store. and I don't wanna say I need money.|||As an employer, I do ask this question. The best answers generally include what you could contribute and what your strengths are. For example, you could say that you are outgoing and enjoy working with others and think that Quizno's would be a great starting point for you.|||Quizno's is a great company to work for. There, now you can say that you read online that Quizno's is a great company to work for.|||beacause you like their toasted sub...|||don't be afraid of telling them you need money. That is why everyone works... But if you are looking to get into a management position, you may want to do some research so you can say things like "I think you have an excellent benefit plan" or "your company seems like it's growing and that is something I want to be involved with"
But if it's just behind the counter making sandwiches, just say "I'm looking to make some money for school, extra income... " Anyone that asks that question is looking to see how dedicated you are to the job. If you are going to be reliable or not. So, don't just say you want money tell them what it is for...|||The most important thing they want to hear is not what THEY can do for you, but what YOU can do for them. Tell them what some of your skills are... say, being quick and getting along well with others and you'd like the opportunity to use those skills and you feel that Quizno's would be a good place to do that. Say that you like working with a "team", although you work well unsupervised, and quizno's offers you that opportunity to do both, as a team member making sandwiches, or as an individual taking orders. You could say you love working with people and you know that your skill with customers would be really useful to them.|||this is your opportunity to demonstrate that you really want to work for them, but do not over due it.|||I would recommend buying some food and seeing if you like it. If you are planning on working where customer service is a big part of the job you should like the product you are selling. I'm sure that Starbucks asks potential barista's what they love about coffee. Imagine hating coffee and working there how could you provide recommendations or determine when the product was not perfect? In order to really be a valuable employee you should have some stake in the product.
Why do you want to work here is a big question that really needs an answer that seperates you from everyone else. A good answer shows that you did research and understand what's important to the company and how you find that important also. The Quizno's site says the following

Your answer must include something from that in order to be quality. You might say "I really love the food that you make because it's different than all the other restaraunts. The food is fresh and made to order and is the place that I choose when I'm hungry. The product is better because of the process that goes into making it and I would like to be part of the team that makes the best sandwich out there." I highly recommend that you put that in your own words and eat some of their food. If you really like the food you'll be much more real in the interview and much happier while at work if you like what you are selling. Good luck with your interview.

Their toasters involve a broiler that is probably not on full heat due to it being open on either end as to not scold the hard working Quizno's staff. Less heat means less toastiness.
Subway's toaster is a small oven with no openings sans the door to place and take out the sub. No openings mean more heat, thus more toastiness.

Looking for someone who worked at Quiznos do describe the process of how a Quizno's sub is prepared... from step 1 to the customer... looking to try some at home|||well i worked at little Caesars next to a quiznos and this is how i saw it... they take the bread and add your meats and cheeses and sauces, than they put it through the oven for 2 minutes, after its out they ask if you want items like lettuce or tomatoes than its wrapped and given to the customer... that's pretty much it... and the over has to be over 400 degrees to kill bacteria properly =]

It's an issue in the way different Quizno's regions build their sandwiches. If you go to some restaurant websites, you'll find the calories PDFs boken down by city. There will be a Chicago count, a New York count, a Los Angeles count and so on. Quizno's gives franchisees more leeway int heir builds, and they cannot easily state the many variations possible.

toasted sandwiches are nasty
They are called "COLD CUTS" for a reason|||subway as they have nicer sauces and a larger range or bread. However they dont have bannana chillis. I dont like quiznos because they dont have a large variety of salad and they dont put chillis in you have to do that your self. But quizinos bread is nice with their soup i do give them that.|||Subway. It's easier to customize your food.|||Subway you get to pick the toppings and they arn't always toasted|||Quiznos. It is more classy. Subway is not fresh. almost all of their meats are frozen and their lettuce one molecule short of being paper.

I am going to get my Ph.D in Pharmacology and I was wondering wether its better to just be an employee of a pharmacy like Walmart or Walgreens, or should I own my own pharmacy, or if I do decide just to work for a Walgreens for example is it possible for me to own other buisiness's on the side for some more income? Maybe a Quizno's or something. Just own it, not manage and operate it?|||If you are a Pharmacist (even working for another Pharmacy), you will certainly not have the time necessary to run a successful franchise. Sure you could buy a franchise, and have someone else run it for you, but that will likely create far more problems for you than it will be worth, and you will very likely make nothing in the process. Absentee ownership of a small franchise simply does not work.|||If you have a PhD in pharmacy, you cannot be a pharmacist. You need a PharmD to be a pharmacist. If you work for Wal-mart/Walgreens/CVS etc, then you cannot own your own pharmacy or have a significant interest in one. Theoretically, it is possible to own a quizno's.

how is the QUALITY
of the Tuna fish sandwich at Quizon Sub?|||At the Quizno's I go to, they don't put any mayo with the tuna. I guess so many people don't like mayo, so the put the plain tuna on the bread, toast it, and if you mayo or mustard or whatever, they put it on at the end. It was pretty good, I have had it twice. I do like Subway's tuna too, even though a lot of time they do overdo the mayo.|||it seems to be good quality tuna to me. I think it's just regular tuna fish with mayonnaise. I use to really like Jack in the box southwest but they keep changing stuff on it. Mcdonalds southwest it a joke! Quizno's have good salads and subway|||Jack-in the-Box salads are awesome!! I agree with you about the southwest salad, but I still love it. The chicken club salad is great as well.
Close second is Wendy's. Jack wins on the gourmet upgrades like solid rings of red onion, ranch seasoned slivered almonds, fire roasted corn, unique dressings.
I think it's great that the FF restaurants are getting better about this type of food. In Florida the minimum wage is $6.67. I'm 17 and I've been working there for almost two years and i make $7. Besides making sandwiches i also close the store (by myself, no managers). And on top of that, three new employees were hired at $7! Is that fair?|||I dont think its fair at all, but life isnt fair. Still, you should talk to your manager about a raise or maybe start looking for a new job. Let your manager know that you really enjoy working there but you need more money...if he cant give it to you then you will have to leave. It should work. Sad, but most of the time the only way to get a raise is to threaten to leave.|||If you say what you said to us to your manager in cordial terms, and request a raise, they should give you one.|||Sounds like a labor dispute/descrimination if you ask me. Subway is about $4-5 each|||My youngest son worked there last year, it was about $5, $7, $9. They do have specials that cost less from time to time.
Employees get their food for 1/2 price, whereas at Subway (where 4 of my children have worked in the past - youngest son included), employees get a 6" sub for $1, and a 12" sub for $2.

I LOVE Quizno's brocolli/cheddar soup and would love to have a recipe for it to make it at home. Please do not answer for me to look it up online because I have already done that, and looked at many recipe sites, and could not find one similar to Quizno's. If you know of a recipe on a site like this, that you have tried yourself, and is like this, I would appreciate it, but only if it's tested out by you already. I do have one that I make but it comes out almost like a brocolli cheese pureed soup, which is good, but I want one like Quizno's. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!!|||I've never had Quizno's, so I can't say if this is close. But I've made it, and it is very good. My guess is that Q's uses all Velveeta, no "real" cheese at all, so it can sit warm for hours w/o curdling. But give this a try anyway.
Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped small
录 cup onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
Kosher salt and fresh black pepper
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken stock
陆 cup heavy cream
陆 cup shredded Velveeta
陆 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a heavy saucepan saut茅 onion in butter until tender. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper until smooth and simmer for one minute. Gradually stir in broth until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in cream, broccoli and cheese and simmer to desired thickness.

Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 lb fresh broccoli
1 cup carrots, julienned
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Saut茅 onion in butter. Set aside. Cook melted butter and flour using a whisk over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly and add the half & half. Add the chicken stock. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the broccoli, carrots and onions. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Can be pur茅ed in blender but I don't. Return to heat and add cheese. Stir in nutmeg.|||I don't personally have a recipe I've tried myself, but I found one that is rated very highly and one of the commenters stated that it is very close to Quizno's. INGREDIENTS
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups cubed processed cheese
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place broccoli in a medium saucepan with just enough water to cover. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Set aside and do not drain water.
In a large saucepan, heat milk. Blend in the flour and cheese until smooth. Stir in the cream and bouillon cube. Add the broccoli and it's water to the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Heat soup to warm and serve immediately.

I can't seem to find Hershey Park discount coupons in Delaware. The parks website says Quizno's has them, and they didn't have them when I went there. I heard Giant and CVS has them, but there are not any of these stores in my area. I know pretty much everywhere that has a counter has a tip jar on it, however, when I went to Quizno's today, I was a little surprised that they had a line on the debit card receipt for a tip.
I know that the people who work there don't make that much money and when ever I have a buck or some change I put it in the jar...on the other hand, If I had money the day before payday (not likely) I would have gone to a sit-down instead of grabbing a $2 sandwich.
Anyway, because I only had $9 and the bill for me and my kid was $8.50, I didn't leave a tip...now I feel bad. I would not leave a tip on my McDonalds bill, but I'd never go to a "real" restaurant and not leave a tip...

It could just be kept by the owner or manager or to make-up for register under-ringing. (They give out the wrong change.)
A tip is an acknowledgment of great service. In a Quiznos, if they bring the food to you and ask you if you need anything else like they do at a sit-down McDonalds then a tip is merited. If you go someplace alot tipping creates a great relationship with the staff.

Workers at Quizno's, if i understand correctly, are making a little over minimum wage. Tip is not a requirement, its an option in this case. It all depends on what you are looking for. Tonight I got Quizno's for my family and spent thirty freaking dollars. Now I could get over the amount of money had the food been good but it sucked big time.
We have always gotten the steakhouse beef dip subs and tonight we got them to go. Once I got home and looked at it I knew that they either gave me the wrong type of meat or they had changed the meat they use for this sandwhich.
Whichever it is the meat is gross. It used to be sliced roast beef and this was like nasty dry chunk type meat. It tasted very processed and fake.
I decided I was going to call and ask them if they had changed to sandwhich or if I got the wrong thing. Well I got the not so smart girl that had made them and she told me they had changed them.
One other thing when I called Quizno's this girl actually answered by saying "Hello?". She sounded like she was amazed that the phone had rang. WTF? Since when do you answer the phone at a business by saying hello instead of the business's name? I'm telling you this girl was a moron.
So I'm thinking I'll call tomorrow and ask the manager if they changed the sandwhiches too. I've never called and complained about food before but these were just so gross and expensive that I feel like it's worth it.

AIG still has billions (besides the bonuses that we always hear about) sent overseas where we have a harder time investigating, Merryl Lynch also gave out bonuses, Goldman Sachs admits to buying BONDS from Bank Of China and using bailout money to pay for them, Freddie Fannie also have bonuses. The companie revenue turned over to a new Economic stimulus, the employee wages confiscated by our government and turned into liquid assets to promote AMERICAN jobs. The Federal Reserve should be audited so that we can find out who else is behind this mess. One Replublican Candidate was willing to stand up to these corporate giants *i never even heard of him till recently* Ron Paul. He ran for president and didn't get our votes because FAUX news and the media didn't give him much coverage, talked over him and dismissed him as being a nut. We all bought it, but regardless there is SOMETHING you can do Sign the petition to audit the federal reserve! While we may not be able to recover everything, we CAN find out where all those billions and trillions of dollars went! If AIG bonuses were bad, what else do you think our government has been hiding from us? While we question the AIG bonuses we forget that we threw out 1.3Trillion if you combine obama's 700billion and bush's 700billion stimulus/bailout plans you'll know that we've been ROBBED! Our children will be paying with thier paychecks, and every apirl these crooks vacation getaways!

I've worked at Target and Quizno's both. I really liked Target. I worked as a cashier/stocker. I like working on the salesfloor, you get a lot of independence and get to meet some interesting people. I hate cashiering, it's too confining. Quizno's was ok. I worked there about a year but it gets really boring. The job is monotonous and there's not much to do other than make subs all day long. At least at Target there is a little variety.|||You bet! If you haven't ever worked before, this is a great way to get started. They are fast paced, customer oriented and of course provide you with a paycheck! Goodluck!|||Target is your best bet. If you're 17, you're old enough to avoid food places- any food service place is NOT a good place to work.

No matter what I get there, it is terrible, and when I add the sauce, I feel like someone else has already tried to eat the food for me...|||I like Subway much better. I love condiments, but for some reason the Quiznos sauces always make me feel nauseated. Plus, as a vegetarian, I have 1 choice of sandwich, or a side salad. They are BARELY warm when you get them right from Quiznos, so if you wait they will be kind of warm at best,
Also, I like Quizno's and all, but it is EXPENSIVE, so I would think about something else, like chineese or something that will stay hot, and not cost a thousand bucks.|||i don't know about hot but they are luke warm. wouldn't surprise me if the get cold quick though.|||the turkey one is delicious and it is warm by the time you get to the table to eat.

Someone told me the salads are heavy and I'd always thought those were good. Now, everytime I go I get a regular size sandwich on wheat, ask them to put just a small amount of mayonnaise on one side, turkey, ham, mozzarella cheese and lettuce. I eat at Quizno's often, so is this a healthy meal?|||I guess it depends on your definition of "healthy".
It sure beats a burger and fries, but if you have a salad with a light dressing - not stuffed with cheese, nuts and dried sugared fruit, you don't have the carbs in that giant chunk of bread the meat and cheese is enveloped by.
Healthy doesn't necessarily mean low-cal. Low-cal doesn't mean healthy. It's about getting the protein, nutrients and fiber you need in your daily diet without going overboard on starches, empty calories, sugars, etc.
Mozzarella cheese is a better choice - but ham? Stick to the turkey. Have the sandwich open face - toss half the bread. Use mustard instead of mayo, has more flavor and less fat. Try some tomato slices or other vegetable along with.
And eat an apple. :P

EDIT: I keep reading people saying, it has carbos, it has calories ect... Those are good as long as there HOLE calories, like, sure, ham is fatening, but it has hole calories, good for your body and gives u more energy to do stuff to burn it off.
