I'm so hungry. And I can't do McDonalds or Pizza Hut tonight!

Any ideas?|||Those 'deli' places are not always healthy. Some of the meats are full of fat and the cheeses are sometimes processed cheese and tasteless.
Instead, try El Pollo Loco, Chipotle / Qdoba, Healthy Creations (salads and panni). Better sandwich / soup shops are The Corner Bakery and Panera Bread. tw|||what about a local deli?

you can usually get a filling bacon egg cheese or sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich anytime of the day and it usually costs around $2.50

also if you have one they would have cheap salads probably|||I recommend a "Mexican Grill" it is much healthier than Taco Bell or Del Rio. They have fresh ingredients. This is genuine Mexican. I like steak, corn, pinto beans, onions, and hot sauce. One place is a nice mix of Mexican, Spanish, and Southwestern. It's called Qdoba.|||Cook at home. Subway is not as healthy as they claim to be.

and you "can" do mcdonalds. Its called order a salad and have an ice water.|||Hmmmmmmmm do you have Mr.Sub over there?! because fast foods generally means JUNK FOOD.... so unless if you are willing to face that reality, you'll remain hungry.... or just go buy some food from stores and make your own meals.|||Panera is a little pricy. But healthy!
so is Zoup!
that's about it. Fast food isn't healthy.
