Hi I want to make a sub bread like Jimmy johns, subway, quizno, tubby's, etc. you know. So do you know any good recipes out there and I perfer it be wheat.

Oh and the quality doesn't have to match up to the restaurants I mentioned I just want to make a wheat sub bread.|||INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups warm milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
2 tablespoons butter, melted


DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press start.
When dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out 3/4 inch thick. Cut out rolls with a 3 to 4 inch diameter biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets; cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. When rolls are finished baking, brush with melted butter|||i dont know|||MAGIC TUNA FISH SALAD SANDWICHES

2 cans of tuna fish packed in water
1 bunch of green onions
3 jalapeno peppers
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 cup of fresh white mushrooms
1 medium tomato
several leaves of romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or if you're concerned about fat/calories use fat-free mayo)
parmesan or romano cheese (you can also top with sliced cheddar, monterey jack, pepper jack or muenster)
2- 4 slices of whole wheat bread

Chop the following ingredients into small pieces; green onions, mushrooms, set aside.
Slice jalapenos down the middle from top to bottom, discard seeds, chop into small pieces and set aside.

Slice tomatoes and peel and slice cucumbers, keep these ingredients seperate from the other veggies.

In a large bowl mix 2 cans of drained tuna, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise thoroughly, add jalapenos, bean sprouts, green onions and mushrooms, stir ingredients until everything is mixed into tuna and mayonnaise.

Spoon this mixture onto a slice of whole wheat bread covering bread evenly, top with cheese, tomato slices, lettuce and cucumber slices and finish with a slice of wheat bread on top. Cut diagonally serve with a slice of pickle and enjoy!|||Deli Bread


1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 package yeast
3/4 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups bread flour (all-purpose will work)
Cornmeal

Stir water, sugar and yeast together and set aside.

Dissolve baking soda in 1/2 tablespoon warm water in medium bowl. Add warm milk, salt and 1 cup flour; beat till smooth. Beat in yeast mixture and remaining flour (batter will be thick and sticky, but not as thick as normal bread batter).

Spray two pie pans with cooking spray and dust with cornmeal. Divide dough and place in pie pans, cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes till golden. Cool 1 hour and cut in 4ths.|||well seach foodnetwork.com
