I'm assuming you're referring to this sandwich
Veggie
Guacamole, black olives, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mushrooms, mozzarella, cheddar, Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
The bread should be about 150 calories
Guacamole another 40-50
The veggies would be 50-70 calories(all put together)
The cheeses would be another 70-80 calories
The dressing(if you use limited), about 20 calories
So this all adds upto about 350 calories - it's a light meal, but if you want to make it healthier, eat it open-faced with only one piece of bread - that itself saves about 75 calories.|||It is about 350 calories. Sometimes I think they put way tooo much sauce on the sanwhiches, which makes it even more calories!|||yea, it is around 300 calories
