The salad includes the dressing of course.|||I LOVE their salads!! I know that Caesar dressing is higher in fat than most dressing, but I'm sure it has less fat than a cheese burger and fries. So I say go for it. You could always just ask them if they carry light Caesar dressing, I've never thought to ask, but it is worth a try.|||i dunno|||Caesar dressing is very fattening.|||It depends on what else you eat in a day along with it and how sedentary your life is.|||not if there is no dressing,..croutons,..greasy chicken,..
and zero salt.|||What are you crazy? food makes you gain weight? Actually, you are very lucky. That is the one salad that actually has negative calories. If you eat too much and get too skinny, you should jog backwards to put the pounds back on.|||I'm a nurse. Any fast food isn't good. Try to make your own food and buy only low fat.|||It's healthy but don't eat it everyday|||caesar salad -regardless of who makes it- is a fatty salad thanks to the ingredients used in the dressing as well as how heavy your vegetables are doused in the stuff! I make a homemade version....romaine lettuce, butter lettuce, pressed garlic(1 or 2 cloves) black pepper and a tsp of light ranch dressing.works for me!|||yes it is fattening|||just exercise after you eat it|||any food makes you gain weight of course prob. not too much tho it just depends if you will burn the clories if you ate all the dressing and salad go walk around your street i mean a salad is prob. 250 cals. well go on a treadmill or go walk 45 mins, to burn it off your not only burning what you ate but gaining muscle and losing more fat!|||Find out if they're using MSG.

A common additive to food products is monosodium glutamate or MSG, often associated with Asian food. According to a 2005 article at the website rense.com entitled "MSG Causes Most Obesity In US And Canada," the MSG manufacturers themselves admit that it addicts people to their products. It makes people choose their product over others, and makes people eat more of it than they would if MSG wasn't added. The article also notes:

No strain of rat or mice is naturally obese, so the scientists have to create them. They make these morbidly obese creatures by injecting them with MSG when they are first born. The MSG triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates, causing rats (and humans?) to become obese; they even have a title for the race of fat rodents they create: "MSG-Treated Rats."

The article continues that even if a food product doesn't say it has MSG, it may list as an ingredient Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, which is just another name for Monosodium Glutamate:

Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, every restaurant, even the sit down ones like TGIF, Chilis', Applebees and Denny's use MSG in abundance. Kentucky Fried Chicken seemed to be the WORST offender: MSG was in every chicken dish, salad dressing and gravy.

The website MSGTruth.org states:

Although it is often brought up by glutamate industry representatives that injected MSG is somehow different than ingested MSG it has actually been proven in studies with human subjects that ingested MSG results in raised blood levels of glutamic acid and that this free glutamic acid does increase insulin levels in the human body. The other argument often made by representatives from the glutamate industry 鈥?that the blood brain barrier protects the brain from increased glutamate levels in the blood does not address the fact that the part of the brain responsible for hunger 鈥?the hypothalamus, is not protected at all by the blood-brain barrier. They also do not address the fact that the blood-brain barrier is compromised in individuals in a hypoglycemic state, which may occur when levels of insulin 鈥?the very hormone increased by ingesting MSG, is high.

By the way I have a text book quality Metabolic Calculator on my website: http://www.skewsme.com/calculator.html|||If your total calorie intake exceeds your total calorie expenditure, then yes, you will gain weight.

I had the Quizno's roast beef sub and it gave me a whopping headache. I wrote to them requesting nutritional info and ingredients, thinking there was a boatload of MSG in there. Never got an answer.

Good luck getting nutritional info from those guys.
