quizno: Right after Subway made their $5 footlongs permanent, Quizno's (known as an expensive sub shop) introduced subs they say have more meat for the same price. Does anyone else think it's weird that, after being so overpriced for so long, Quizno's offers subs at what seems like a very good price? Also, has anyone been there and had one of the new cheaper subs? Is there some kind of strange catch?|||Yeah, the catch is Subway had ALL of their footloongs for $5. When that ended they kept 8 footlongs at $5. Quiznos only has only 4 of their sandwiches for $5 and they are the sandwiches with the least amount of meat. Granted some of their sandwiches have more meat, but those are the sandwiches that are a lot more expensive. You can get a double meat sandwich at Subway and it would have the same amount of meat for a lower price the Quiznos.|||nope i love quiznos i dont really like subway. the subs at quiznos taste the same as they did before they went cheap! i think its just to try to get people to go there instead of subway becuase if they kept it expensive every body would go to subway and quiznos would lose alot of buisiness|||My wife has been wanting to try Quizno's for some time now. I know with Subway you never get enough meat. So I am also interested in the answers you get.
