I would assume they are better than McDonald's and it is even a great alternative, but is there food still filled with preservatives? is it still junk?|||most all places add sugar...even to salads and subs. so if your looking to eat healthy make it yourself from the super market, check labels to make sure no added sugars are in your stuff, clean thouraly , making it yourself is way healthier, you know whats going and more importantly whats not going into your food.|||they are healthy if you stay away from the sauces, cheese and other condiments. The condiments are high in calories and salt and really just bad for you. xx|||yes they are there subs are toasted|||it really depends on which sub you select.
so like: wheat bread is waaay healthier that white bread,
and turkey is waay healthier than cheese.
make sense?
