No, Quizno's is worse when referring to fat, sodium and calorie content. They just recently started publishing nutritional content on their website: www.quiznos.com|||Some sandwiches may or may not be depending on what you put on it. To look at the Nutrition facts, try this site:
http://www.foodfacts.info/quiznos/
Hope that helps.|||It's like comparing apples and oranges--it depends on what you order, and especially what you put on it. You can get very healthy, very yummy salads at Quiznos, or you can get a greasy sandwich with extra mayo. Ditto Subway. I do like the way Subway is offering healthy sides, but you just have to be smart about what you order no matter where you are.|||no but they got more meat
no homo|||anything with bread is full of calories.|||Actually Subway is not all that healthy if you get down to it. I read somewhere they died white dough white to pass it off as wheat. And the probably use high fructose corn syrup in the bread to keep it from getting stale after it is baked. It;s called the fast food industry.
Not the good food, health food, or even real food industry. It's all about cheapest product overhead, like most of subways processed meats. And maximum profit.
And rumor is Jared is a phony.|||SUBWAY ALL THE WAY|||no subway is healthier but Quizno is better by the taste|||It depends on yor toppings..But im convinced that subway is much much better!|||Lets see. You eat processed foods? They are full of fat, salt and the things that make your blood pressure go up. That goes for both Quizno's and Subway.|||No. I believe that Subway is healthier than Quizno's.|||i think subway is healthier|||Both are bad. Subway is not healthy. They don't tell you in the commercials that the "low fat" sandwiches have no cheese and no mayo. The bread is super processed and refined, and the vegetables are the lowest quality, ie iceberg lettuce which has basically no nutritional value.|||subway just all lettuce. quiznos tastes better but with all the added meat and taste, must be less healthier.
